Since I have been studying my dreams for over 40 years, I can recommend;

	1) AURIC CLEARING before sleeping!

	2) Asking for guidance.

	3) Dream journaling. Earlier I used a dictaphone, too.

	4) I would not sleep with a mobile telephone on in my bed room: It F*..KS UPP one´s brainwaves...

	 I have almost 100 dream- / angel message journals. By journaling I have learned the messages of the different kinds of dreams and have been able to make the best use of them.

	:-) Wake dreaming (Theta-brain waves) becomes easier, too. It is a perfect ability in consultations!
